Carolina did an excellent job with the sale of our house. She was easy to work with, reliable and kept us informed as the sale progressed. A true pleasure to work with!

Carolina is able to connect with the sellers and build up trustful relationship She is so prestigious and personable ... we feel very well represented by her and know she will always leave a perfect first impression, which we perceive as important with property deals on cash buyer basis - her ability to communicate with all parties involved is always extremely helpful, especially when the negotiation process becomes difficult. She's just awesome, all project partners simply love her. Carolina supports us strongly in keeping tight time lines ... she is super-reactive and always (!) ready to organize even short term showings - her flexibility is outstanding ! With her strong network of service providers, she always finds fast solutions. Overall she has a lot of patience and supports us strongly during the decision making process. It's has been the 3rd property we are buying within a period of 3 years with her. And we are looking to buy more in the future. We are more than happy with Carolina and can only thank and highly recommend her.

Very professional and friendly highly recommend

It was a very satisfactory job by Carolina Paige in handling all phases of my condo sale. The market was tough but she was professional and courteous at all times. i've sold many properties over the years and her performance was the best I have experienced . I would definately rehire her for my next sale or purchase!

We were extremely satisfied with Carolina Paige's due diligence on sale of our property. She not only priced our property appropriately so that we had multiple offers, within a weekend, Carolina carefully reviewed the pros and cons of each offer with us so we understood which offer was most aligned with our interests. We would welcome the opportunity to work again with Carolina and recommend her professionalism without hesitation.

Carolina siempre me contesto a tiempo, ella es muy capacitada en su trabajo, es excelente y la recomiendo.

Carolina Paige is the ultimate real estate consummate professional in every way! Carolina is extremely trustworthy and exudes enthusiasm for her work. She makes individual clients feel like their business is a number one priority. And her actions demonstrate that feeling. She made us feel like she was handling our business with the same zealous well-informed skills that she would handle for her own business! I have dealt with several real estate professionals over the course of 40+ years but Ms. Paige is in a class of her own high above even the second best. For all the reasons above, I will enthusiastically recommend Carolina Paige and Biggins to friends, family and anyone smart enough to listen to my advise when choosing a real estate agent and broker in Florida! Thank you Carolina for making a sometimes difficult matter seem like a cruise in the Caribbean! You ARE THE BEST in what you do...hands down!
