she did a great transaction

This is the 7th house we have purchased and I think Carolyn is one of the best agents we have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I don't know how we would have done this without her help, especially since we live out of town. I highly recommend her.

Carolyn was very helpful and professional. I was from out of state and she helped out through text and video tours to find the perfect house. I highly recommend Carolyn. She went above and beyond at every turn.

The property sold in record time for a great price. Carolyn had contacts which attracted buyers and other agents to maximize the value of this property. Great job.

Carolyn Botchie was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating to our time schedule and went out of her way to assist us in all aspects of the purchase of our new home. All our questions were always answered promptly! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area.

Best agent that we have ever used . Goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Very professional and courteous no matter when or why you contact her. Will definitely use Carolyn in any future real estate transactions.

Carolyn went way above our expectations it truly a God thing that I picked her out of all the other agents just from her picture It was by far the best experience to have dealt with Carolyn. Would definitely tell others of my experience Carolyn was so aggressive in advertising our house and with her open houses

The following are some words I would use to describe Carolyn: Patient Understanding Timely Polite Knowledgeable
