This was my first time ever selling property. Carolyn was perfect in making this as smooth of a process as possible. She was always available whenever I had questions and extremely knowledgeable. I would absolutely use her services again and recommend her to others

She was a complete professional. Communication with her exceeded My expectations. I will be recommending her to friends and family!

As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect and felt overwhelmed. I was referred to Carolyn Colon-Ortega from Century 21 Scala group by my coworker. Carolyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our initial conversation and throughout the whole process she was extremely helpful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. She answered my every question no matter what time of day. I quickly realized she was very trustworthy, and listened to my needs and wants. It gave me a great sense of comfort knowing I was in good hands. I could not be happier with my new home. It is everything I wanted and then some. I highly recommend Carolyn as your realtor, especially if you are a first time buyer and need someone to hold your hand throughout the process. Carolyn, you are appreciated for the fantastic work you did to get me into my home. I could not have done it without you. I am so grateful to you. Thanks again, and I wish you continued blessings ?
