Casey was attentive, good about keeping track of open items during the buying process, suggesting solutions to meet needs or resolve issues and giving timely updates during the selling process and providing contacts, for various services, who were responsive, took pride in their work and reasonably priced.

Casey Ganger was an incredible bit of luck for us. We had searched for a realtor, and the first few selections did not bother to return the contact. Casey answers her phone and is quick to respond. She discussed different homebuyer programs and even offered to put us in touch with a lender. Once we were preapproved Casey quickly set about finding the right array of properties, combining our selections with houses we didn't even know were on the market. She was honest in her assessment of the houses reviewed, and was a tough negotiator on our behalf when we found the home we wanted. She has provided us with several resources and contacts to enable us to make our new house a home, and is providing assistance, expertise, and support now that the time has come to sell our old home. She has been an invaluable guide on our journey home!

We lived in our house for over 20 years. Casey took the time and energy to find contractors to help us clear out the place (this was a VERY huge project!!), repair out-dated electrical, paint the rooms, and update the flooring to make the house much more valuable and easier to sell. She was very understanding considering our concerns and health problems. We were able to do all of this from our house in Indiana! Casey was definately an answer to a prayer. How would we have done all of this without Casey?? We NEVER could have had such a wonderful outcome without her assistance!

This allowed us to quickly move forward with the purchase of a new home witch she was amazing with as well. Extremely knowledgeable of the local market and provided keen insight on what exactly homes should be priced at to ensure we got fair value . Casey was very accessible, call or txt to answer any questions . She always made time for showings that worked best around a families busy schedule . We have young kids and she helped make them feel included in the process as well, greatly appreciated when taking youngsters to multiple houses in a day . When it came down to making offers Casey negotiated the best price for us that allowed us to make a great purchase !
