Cassie did a fantastic job on all aspects of the buying experience! She is the perfect combination of professional to the job and personal to our needs!

Cassie was outstanding! She knows her stuff, provided great feedback and guidance, and was super helpful and a good communicator. I would work with her again without question.

Cassie Causey did an amazing job helping us purchase our investment property. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and reliable throughout the whole process, and she was always quick to respond to questions. She knows the area well, and gave useful advice. I highly recommend Cassie as a realtor, whether you’re searching for an investment property or your dream home.

I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing of the process, but Cassie did a wonderful job of explaining every step to me and answering all my questions. She excelled at making local references without playing favorites. For example, when I asked about a mortgage lender she gave me the name of 3 individuals, not just one. This shows not only how connected to the community she is, but also that she is professional and wants to refer out her buyers/sellers to a variety of businesses that she trusts in the area. When negotiating the price, she did a great job of laying out the options and how it would impact me both now and in the future. Cassie is great of using technology to communicate with her clients. She knew I was often too busy at work to take a call, but I could easily squeeze in text messages to keep the ball rolling on the process. I would highly recommend Cassie Causey! She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and a true partner in the process of buying or selling a home.

I cannot say enough about Cassie. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. I called to look at the house we were looking into maybe buying and Cassie happened to be the agent showing the property. We instantly hit it off, I fell in love with the house and we started our professional relationship. From there it has been a whirlwind of questions and set backs and frustration and celebration (none of which were at the fault of or associated with Cassie other than the celebration part ;) !). She was with me every single step of the way. She answered all of my questions without making me feel guilty, answered my phone calls and listened to me vent without a hint of annoyance, and went charging head first into the fire when I couldn't get answers and was overwhelmed. While all of this is super dramatic, I do suffer from severe anxiety and she handled me with grace and understanding and I now consider her a friend. We finally closed on our forever home!!!! If you want someone who truly cares and gets the work done I highly recommend Cassie as your Agent.

As stated above, Cassie had our house sold within 3 days of listing. Her knowledge and professionalism are top notch. I would, and I have, recommended her services to family.

Cassie Causey did a wonderful job at every step of the buying process. She took the time to meet with us and show us multiple properties, and was able to answer questions quickly and thoughtfully. Cassie was friendly, trustworthy, and reliable, and I would highly recommend her as a realtor for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

She was great to work with. I was comfortable to ask questions. She spoke to me in a way I understood. I work with the public and I will be sending her as much business as possible. Even the owners realtor told us how great she was to work with and how great she represented us.

Cassie was very familiar with the type of loan we were approved for. If she didn't know the answer to a question she got one right away. She put into consideration what I wanted and what my husband wanted. Through the whole process she kept our budget in mind. She was wonderful. Thank you.
