Cathy is a spectacular person. She is a spectacular agent. By luck I found her number on a yard sign. 2 1/2 years ago I was looking for a place that my daughter could live in while attending UK, but I live in Pittsburgh. Cathy would meet my daughter and show her places and they would decide if it was worth my drive to see or not. The market was crazy and inventory low. She found the perfect place that was not on the market yet and told me to make the drive and we would be the first to look at it. I did and made the offer before anyone else could see the place. So when it was time to sell, there was no question who to call Cathy got us an overvalue cash no inspection sale in 1 day.
