Cathy was amazing. I will be getting all my family and friends to use her when they buy their homes. Cathy was able to answer all questions and continues to help me. She is amazing at her job and has a great personality. She always helped us and even brought stuff to our attention we wouldn't have thought about. I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

I was referred to Cathy by a former colleague of hers and immediately felt comfortable working with her. Cathy was helpful during every step of the process. She was responsive when I reached out to her and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely work with her again.

Cathy knows Lexington thus she advised me regarding all areas of my day to day life that I wanted to consider when buying this home. For example, she knew the style of house I liked, my personal interests, and how my young son would react to the home. In other words, she is excellent at putting herself in your shoes and through her professional humble approach, she is very competent. Cathy was patient, kind, and VERY professional. She knows her job and took accountability from the beginning through the end. Her level of confidence put me at ease and allowed me to focus on details I would have otherwise missed had I dealt with a person who wasn't on top of everything. Cathy made me feel like I was the only person in Lexington looking for a home. An excellent example of customer service.

Among the best. Knew we had to travel an hour+ to see houses and this was never a problem or issue.

Cathy was fantastic. I live in Pennsylvania and she would screen properties for my needs. Therefore eliminating unnecessary drives to Kentucky. She was always smiling and upbeat. She was also available 24/7 with very quick responses. Cathy worked with seller agents to make my buying experience positive. Thank you Cathy Cathy set everything up for me. She made it very easy on me An excellent rating across the board for Cathy is not just the easy way to respond. She really is an excellent real estate agent.

Cathy was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to phone calls/texts. She walked me through the process every step of the way and also had great recommendations for painters, contractors, etc. Overall, she was simply fantastic!

Cathy Cornett-Wilson was absolutely amazing to work with. Listened to everything we were looking for. Made sure we had all the information as we bought our new home! Would recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

Working with Cathy was absolutely a positive experience. In 2 1/2 days on the market we had 31 showings which resulted in 6 excellent offers. Her professionalism and knowledge were invaluable. Cathy exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend her services.

Cathy was patient, knowledgeable, and transparent. I am in sales myself and I feel like those are three of the most important factors is guiding someone through the buying process. Anyone would be lucky to have her help them buy a home. As I mentioned before, anyone would be lucky to have Cathy help them buy a home. She guided me through the process, making me feel confident in my purchase and helped with all the little details at closing.
