Once I started working with her, I knew we were in great hands and she would sell our mother’s home in an expedient timeframe. We listed and closed in less than three months, and that included having a pending contract for five weeks that fell through. Cathy made my first home buying experience incredibly smooth. I had so many questions and she never failed to answer. She was also very proactive when it came to research and getting to know the property, along with any risks involved in the purchase. It's business I know, but Cathy never made me feel like a client and never made me feel like I wasn't in control. There was no pressure, and overall it was a great experience. I'd love to work with her again if I'm ever in the market for another home! I recommend her to anyone looking for someone who really cares about finding that home you'll love.

She was a great help during this crazy life transition (finalizing divorce, purchasing a new home independently).
