I have known Kathy Duncan for many years as I work with her husband. I began hearing about her reputation from other police officers and how much they loved working with her. So much so I recommended her to a good friend of mine. I have lived in my home for twenty-five years, Kathy knew how difficult this process would be for me to sell. Working with her felt like I was working with a family member, she took time and care in every step of the process with me. I would never work with anyone other than her. And I make sure to share her name with anyone and everyone who is interested in selling their home. I do not know where to start to say how devoted Kathy was to making sure first, that I was ready to sell my home and to make sure I sold it for the most that the market was allowing.
