Cathy Kennedy Russo was very helpful as we bought our house, she made the whole process as smooth as possible. She was instrumental in guiding us through the beurocracy, helped us find a good lawyer, and recommended a good home inspection person. She even personally resolved some issues with the home that were technically not her responsibility. We highly recommend her. Thank you so much Cathy!

Cathy Kennedy Russo went above and beyond to sell our childhood home! She also recommended very reliable sub contractors and a lawyer to close the sale!

Cathy came highly reccomended, and she absolutley lived up to to that reccomendation. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and steady throughout the entire process, which made a big difference during what could have been a very stressful time. Cathy guided me through each step with clarity and professionalism, from pricing strategy to navigating offers and getting us to closing. She stayed on top of every detail and communicated consistently, which gave me a lot of confidence along the way. What stood out most was her ability to keep things moving forward and handle challenges calmly and effectively. I truly appreciated her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Cathy Russo was great to work with as the listing agent on our recent closing in Quincy. She was communicative, organized, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. Deals come together best when everyone is aligned, and Cathy did a great job making that happen. Looking forward to working together again soon.

Cathy Kennedy Russo was by far the best real estate agent I have worked with!! She helped me with the sale of my mother's townhouse in Hanson after we moved her to an Assisted Living Facility. Among the challenges, my mom's memory issues and both me and my mom currently live out of state. I relied upon her expertise of the market in MA, her communication was amazing, keeping me updated with next steps, giving great advice when needed, getting quotes for getting work done on the property very efficiently! Everyone she referred me to was extremely professional, from the real estate lawyer to the guy who helps clean up and takes things to the dump. I barely had to lift a finger, and I truly appreciate that, especially after some other experiences that left me feeling like I was doing most of the agent's work, Cathy was a breath of fresh air! And on top of that, she has a great personality, was very kind, patient, absolutely a dynamo in her field!

Cathy Kennedy Russo went over, beyond and then some! My mother is in a nursing home now so I had to step up and sell her home for her. I never sold a house for my self or anyone else,so I was really confused about the process. When my mother hired Cathy and I told her about my situation,Cathy took over! She got me a great junk remover(my mother is a big time hoarder) and also a excellent lawyer! She always returned calls! Any paper work she would send it right to me via email, and always called me to remind me that she was there if needed.cathy made everything so simple for me(something I'll never forget) I would highly recommend Cathy if you are looking for someone to stick by you when buying or selling a home!!! God bless you Cathy! And stay cool! Thanks for the experience and also the laughs!!! Dave

Cathy was amazing to work with in every way from beginning to end of the selling process. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely responsive and her follow through was flawless. I had some very specific needs as I was buying a property and relocating simultaneously. Cathy really listened, understood my needs and ensured everything was coordinated optimally. Her communication was stellar and I felt she truly cared about me and my best interests. She walked me through the porcess step by step, provided resources and referrals, and was highly flexible. She went above and beyond on my move out day, helping me with last minute final preparation so I could stay on schedule. I cannot thank her enough and I certainly could not have made it through the selling and buying process without her help! I made a fanstastic choice in selecting Cathy as my realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone and would be elated to work with her again in addressing my real estate needs.

Cathy is an exceptional and compassionate realtor. I worked with her to sell our family home. It was an emotional journey for my Dad and all involved. She was there to ease the heavy lifting every step of the way. We had two offers in writing within 2 hours of the property being listed on MLS, followed by multiple others. The transaction communications were clear and honest. I credit the success of our real estate journey to Cathy's skills, experience, contacts, responsiveness, level of professionalism and her humanity. She is a tremendous resource. She was a great help to us above and beyond the role of real estate agent. Don't miss an opportunity to work with her.

She is the best of the best! So knowledgeable, professional, and gets the job done. I appreciate the time she took to help of find our forever home and sell our starter home.
