Cathy is the best. Her expertise was critical during our purchase and sale. She's always approachable and moves every process along in a timely manner. We'd recommend her to anyone who needs an agent.

Cathy has been indispensable both when I was looking to buy a house in 2018 and in the process of selling it recently. She has a vast knowledge of the local area, of the township's rules and regulations, and the complexities of maining these houses regarding wells, gas tanks, water heaters, septics, etc. Cathy also has broad contacts with reliable professionals, tradesmen, companies, etc., and helped get multiple estimates and organise the necessary repairs and follow up inspections and permits. Cathy was much more than a broker, she supported me throughout the process, got multiple offers, helped me choose the best ones and kept close communication with the buyers brokers and with my attorney - thanks to her competent guidance, energy and always positive attitude the sale was a great success and she took care of all of this while I was out of the country. I'd be grateful for ever. Thanks to Cathy's professional expertise and human touch the sale price was much higher than my expectations. Cathy was always available on the phone, kept me posted and advised on any development which was extremely important as I was not in the country during the whole process.

Cathy made sure every part of this transaction went smoothly. She provided excellent guidance in the selling process. Her extensive knowledge of the area and the market was such a help. Her friendly demeanor and low pressure service really helped make the whole experience positive. She communicates every step of the way and has great attention to detail. I would recommend Cathy to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the area !

Amazing person to work with...super on top of people and Cathy always made sure other people were on track with my sale and purchase of my new home. Delt with the whole process and kept me on the loop for the important parts. If you want someone on top of her game, brutally honest with you, patience and nice, Cathy is your girl. Work with her twice and she never fails.
