Cathy Poehler

Cathy is a true professional, very knowledgeable, proactive and always available to answer questions. I was very lucky to have her as my broker and highly recommend her to anybody who is in the market for buying or selling a home.

Cathy was extremely detailed oriented and helpful with all aspects of both the sale of our prior home and purchase of this one. She was extremely responsive to all inquiries and stayed on top of the multiple requirements needed for both sale and purchase. Cathy was referred to us by a relative and I would not hesitate to refer her to my friends, coworkers and relatives as well. As previously stated, Cathy knocked it out of the park! While the market is hot I still recognize poor pricing/marketing can stall even a good property. Cathy helped us present our property in its best light at a good price and we secured 17 offers within 3 days of our active listing.
