Cathy Strickland is an active, engaged and visible member of our community and well-respected by all. We had a great experience selling our property with a very positive outcome even when a hiccup occurred when our original buyer’s offer fell through. She checks every box! Exceeded our expectations in every category.

Cathy is amazing! We've sold two homes and bought one with her and both experiences were amazing. She's quick to respond with any questions, kept us updated with every step of the process, and made us feel confident with every decision we made. She goes above and beyond all expectations.

Truly excellent real estate agent with high attention to detail she makes it her personal mission to get you completely set up in your home and make sure that you don’t miss anything in all the chaos of house buying!

Referred to by our son, Matt. We would not have found this house if it were not for Cathy or our son. Not only did Cathy get us through this purchase, she even showed up to help us move some items on a Sunday. That's dedication to your client! Cathy is a great Broker. She was there for us every step and went above and beyond for our little purchase. Can't say enough.

Cathy is amazing! So thorough and easy to work with! The process felt seamless and painless! Cathy is fantastic at her job and she genuinely cares about her clients. I have worked with her multiple times and will always return to her for my real estate needs. Cathy was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to price and market my home to sell it quickly and for an ideal price.
