Without reservation I would recommend Cathy Strickland to anybody who would like to find a home but is hesitant for any reason. Believe me, Cathy will not only help you find exactly what you're looking for, she will make you feel good about the entire process. I believe trusting the person helping you with such a purchase is paramount in this situation. With her great smile, effervescent personality and command of her field, Cathy will guide you unerringly to the results you wish for. She did for me and I know she'll do it for you.

Most people don't take 4 years to purchase a home, but we were truly undecided on relocating. Cathy has an abundance of patience! She worked with us over the years, and stayed with us despite changing our minds on more than one occasion. When we finally committed to relocating and purchasing a home, Cathy was right there with us. She kept us informed on every detail, and closing went smoothly. Cathy is the best and we would choose her again.

We were Cathy’s first listing years ago. She did a great job then and every contact since then has been great.

Very professional, friendly and easy to work with
