Cathy Wicks

Cathy was great to work with. She understood exactly what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the process, which was needed as a first time home buyer.

I enjoyed having Cathy Wicks assisting me with the sale of my property. She went above and beyond. Often driving to pick me up and take me to and from my new residence to my property and to and from the attorney's office that handled the closing. I appreciated Cathy Wick's knowledge and the quick sale of my property. I feel like I made a new friend in Cathy Wicks and highly recommend her. Cathy Wicks is very likeable and easy to communicate with.

Realtor Cathy Wicks assisted me with two sales at the same time, neither one of which was easy in my opinion. Cathy helped me sell my home in Tiverton, RI at the same time as, without warning, I found myself as Power of Atty (POA) having to sell my cousin's home in Middletown, RI. At the age of 83, this double sale would have been impossible without Cathy's assistance on every level. Her advice, pitching in physically to assist, calming demeanor and years of real estate expertise was invaluable. I cannot recommend Cathy Wicks' realtor assistance highly enough for any prospective seller.
