My family and I couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated realtor to help us find the perfect home. From the very beginning, Cecilia Lara Leyva listened to what we needed, understood our priorities, and never gave up, even when the search took longer than expected. She was patient, supportive, responsive, and truly went above and beyond every step of the way. We always felt like we had someone in our corner. Thanks to her dedication and commitment, we finally found a house that feels like home. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did for our family!

Cecilia helped my not only find a home but supported me during one of the most difficult transitions in my life. She is kind, patient and knows how to hustle (we saw 9 properties in one day!). Cecilia is honest and will make sure to look out for your best interest. Thank you lady!!! You are a blessing!

Cecilia was amazing to work with! She was very patient, understanding, and truly took the time to help us throughout the whole process. She made everything feel easier and was always there when we needed her. We really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend her! ❤️

Cecilia is an amazing person. She booked my first meeting in 24 hours had chat for an hour understood my needs and my bidget in 4 hours she had list of properties for me to go through. Had viewings started in 48 hours. Although it took us 5 months to finalise a place. She was still energetic, excited and patient enough always. Even on her vacation time she was responsive. And even during the transition she helped me came along with me to visit the store to make sure everything is still in place before i get keys. And even after me taking over place she was still helpful. I recently contacted her some conversations with seller agent and she was still available to answer my question after 6months.. and she is well connected with my family as well. Super agent

Working with Cecelia to purchase our home in St. Catharines was truly an amazing experience. Buying a home is such a big milestone, and Cecelia made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and guided us through every step with honesty and care. No question ever felt like a bother, and she was always quick to respond and help us feel confident in the decisions we were making. What meant the most was how genuinely invested she was in helping us find the right home. Cecelia celebrated the moments with us, reassured us when things felt stressful, and made sure everything moved smoothly from start to finish. Thanks to her dedication and guidance, we are now settling into a home we absolutely love. We are so grateful to Cecelia for helping make this dream a reality and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone
