I was searching for an agency that could help me become a property owner. The agency I was dealing with referred me to Cecilia. In the end, I didn't continue dealing with said agency, but I was so glad that I could continue working with Cecilia as my representative to buy a condo. When I started searching for a place to live, I wasn't sure whether I could buy something or just continue renting. I was pre-approved for a mortgage, but at some point, it seemed that the mortgage approval was in jeopardy. Cecilia was eager to find other ways to help me be approved for a mortgage. Cecilia quickly set up appointments to look at the places I was interested in. She was knowledgeable about the areas of the city and in many cases specific details about the buildings we visited. She explained to me the process of buying a condo and when I found one that I really liked, she was focused on preparing all the documents and ensuring that everything was done in a timely manner. She maintained constant communication throughout the whole process. After submitting the offer to buy, she quickly found a lawyer, and home inspector, and set up the appointment for the inspection. When we did the home inspection she was taking notes about all the issues that needed repair and she negotiated the terms of purchase based on the estimate that the Home Inspector mentioned. Cecilia was also very helpful in acting as liaison between me and the property manager to find out valuable information before the closing was done. And she also made sure that the vendor fulfilled their commitments about vacating the apartment and the locker. I believe the service I received from Cecilia was excellent.
