He was a great agent, he was out there looking for a house for us. No regret choosing him for help getting my first house, he used his personal time to help us out which we strongly appreciate. For anyone purchasing a house I strongly recommend Cesar won’t regret it later he’ll do the impossible for you.

Mr Gomez mailed out fliers to residences in my neighborhood and I decided if he has the initiative to do that, then he should have the initiative to sell my property, when others could not. :) No complaints whatsoever. I would choose Mr Gomez in the future in a heartbeat. He was able to help us with the 2nd mortgage and turn an impossible situation into a tremendous success. Mr. Gomez did what other realtors were unable to do, and saved me from foreclosure and perhaps getting sued. I am indebted to him, and so thankful and happy. I made this choice on my own, and tried one more time. I am so glad I followed my intuition. Someone had called anybody that sends out fliers through the US mail to be nothing more than charlatans. I am so glad I did not listen to her. :)

We had a wonderful experience with Cesar. He always responded quickly, and was able to arrange showings quickly when we wanted to see other properties. The process was smooth and pleasant. He went above and beyond, even showing us a model home an hour away when the builder we were considering didn’t have a model hog that floor plan locally.

He is excellent realtor.

Cesar treats us like family. He knows our needs and wants and works very hard to find exactly what we are looking for. He is always available to answer questions and easy to get ahold of. Weekends, holidays, late nights or early mornings, just awesome availability. Very friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, responsible and respectful. He is the agent you’re looking for

Cesar Gomez Gonzalez was very helpful and communicable at all times. This helped the process go along smoothly and understand step by step of what came next in the process of being a home. As first time home buyers we would recommend Cesar to other family and friends he is a bilingual realtor and has alot of experience. He is the guy to get the job done and deal sealed!!

Cesar after this process became like family he was a really great guy who genuinely wanted us to find a home to start our lives in I felt he was invested and never once gave up on these hard times. Cesar helped find a gray trusted home inspection agency to make sure we were getting a quality buy. Cesar paid great attention on his walk through me to help identify any potential damage Cesar was excellent when it came to my wants and needs looking for a home. With how crazy the market was as soon as houses posted for sale Cesar was a step ahead sending houses and booking appointments to see the homes to help us find our home. Cesar was a great communicator and also gave great knowledge on the housing market and what to expect.

Cesar was always available and working on getting us everything we needed in a timely manner. He made sure the process was transparent and kept us in the loop through the entire buying process.

My husband and I have dealt with this agent multiple times for our recent property needs. He knows exactly what our needs and wants are and we feel comfortable bringing up our concerns to him knowing that he will find quick answers for us. We had an overall good experience dealing with Cesar. Not everything runs smoothly all the time as expected, but Cesar always helped alleviate any hiccups that would come up. Cesar was very patient, supportive, and always responded in a timely manner. Our questions were answered and most of our needs were met. Overall good experience. Cesar was able to ease all the minor hiccups that would come up. He is very knowledgeable, approachable, professional and supportive.
