She clearly and consistently communicated with us throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to get questions and concerns answered and taken care of. Chana went above and beyond with us. We were living in Georgia when we made the decision to move out here - on the other side of the country! As one might imagine- we didn't have much knowledge of the state to even begin to figure out where we wanted to look for homes.
