Chana is an awesome LADY. She was a great help with the sale of the house. She kept us will informed of what was going on through all stages of the sale.Can't say enough.

The house sold so quickly there was no need for a yard sign or other advertising. Everything was actually very smooth and closing was a breeze. The title company Chana utilized was awesome. They not only processed the close of the sale of my home in Washington, they accommodated the title company in AZ where I bought a new home. I was able to sign both the sellers papers and the purchase papers in Vancouver, WA. The staff was great. Above and beyond in my book.
