Chana Dolbey sold my house in two days, closed the following week with no problems.

Chana went above & beyond. She was encouraging, and patient. She helped me with every little trade incentive there is. Because of her, I was successful in buying a house. Even in this crazy market.

From our first conversation with Chana Dolbey, we were impressed by her knowledge and experience in the real estate market. It was obvious that she really knows her stuff. Her double licensure in both Oregon and Washington was a big selling point for us as well. Chana managed a veritable flood of inquiries when the listing on our Portland house went live. She kept us up to date on every viewing, and provided feedback on the offers as they were received. Chana was also instrumental in helping us write a solid offer on the home we eventually purchased in rural Washington. She was committed to doing everything possible to make that dream happen for us. We could not have navigated our real estate transactions in the current climate without Chana’s expertise and encouragement. She was an absolute godsend — accessible, knowledgeable, professional . . . and just plain nice. She loves what she does and truly cares about her clients as people. Chana Dolbey would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a NW real estate agent with both big expertise and a big heart. We are very happy to know her, and immensely fortunate to have worked with her.

Promptness and attentiveness were two of my primary qualifications for an agent. Chana did not disappoint. I could not have had a better experience. I was scared going into the process. I had never sold a house previous, so it was all very confusing. I cannot express how comfortable and relieved I was to have Chana as my agent. I feel like this whole experience could not have possibly gone any better! I now know that there was nothing to be scared of! Chana is prompt and thorough. If I needed her, she was there. If anyone asks who I think is the best agent out there....Chana will be the first one I talk about!

I have to admit that the fresh sunflowers Chana brought the very first time I met her were a wonderful touch!!! Chana is a wonderful person!!! Since the home sold before it even went on the market, we didnt have a chance to work with anyone else in the office except Chana; however, I imagine that everyone is as wonderful as she is!!!

She was very helpful and friendly and keep me updated on all parts of the sale
