Chana is on my team. Whether I bought my house, or sold it.

Chana was amazing to work with! She came highly recommended to us from my uncle who recently purchased a home with Chana and we were immediately impressed by her dedication, professionalism and willingness to work with us. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and she made the process a breeze! I would highly recommend Chana to anyone purchasing a home in this area. She was available at the drop of a hat, hard working, answered all of our questions swiftly and politely and helped us find our perfect first home and close on it in less than a month from our initial meeting! Thanks so much Chana, you and your husband were a blessing to our family and we hope you will help us in all our future home buying/selling experiences.

She’s the best!!!

We had Chana 3 years ago to sell our previous home. It sold in one day! We called her when we decided to sell our condo. It sold in 2 days. Chana is amazing. She is a delight to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell a home without any issues. She is so kind and is always reachable. I give her a 100% satisfaction!!!!! Chana is the best sales agent! She is a great person who we enjoyed working with though it was a short time. She is amazing at her work and seems to live and breathe her work as her passion! It shows how much she loves what she does.

Chana is very experienced and it shows. I appreciated the advice that was provided during various point of the sale. I appreciated that she understood that I did not want a sign on the property. I would give Chana an A+ on all counts. I will ask Chana to be my agent in the future.

Chana immediately stood out to me because she had tons of great reviews. As first-time home buyers, we needed to be sure we could trust someone to lead us through the process without taking advantage or not fully explaining things to us. Chana's reviews are very accurate, and I'm so glad we went with her. Chana went above and beyond for us. She facilitated a very safe process for us, front to back, to purchase during COVID. She kept us updated with the ever-changing regulations and how they impacted real estate; for the processes we weren't able to be a part of due to these mandates, Chana stood in for us and advocated for our best interests. She also relayed all info back to us, so we really didn't miss out. She was also available to accommodate our scheduling needs, and provided a lot of comfort to us via knowledge and experience as we hit a few hiccups with the house itself. In the end, we ended up with a great house and Chana gave us outstanding service. Chana is very friendly and approachable. Whenever we had a question or needed advice, we knew we could contact her and she'd get right back to us. She updates and sends documents at lightning speed, and she explained the process to us so well that it eased a lot of our first-time anxiety. Chana killed it! We would totally do business with her again.

Chana took a very difficult sale of my home and made it work to my betterment. She was flexible, knowledgeable, and above all kept her cool. She dealt with the buying parties and their issues with respect and grace. Highly, highly recommended.

House was listed at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Chana worked tirelessly throughout to get us the desired results on our sale. She was always easy to reach even with a busy schedule. She worked very hard to understand our needs and make our desired outcome a reality. She's a rockstar!

Chana looked out for our interests. She has earned our trust. She is very approachable and personable to work with. This was our 3rd property transaction with Chana and she did Not let us down. She totally works with us to meet our goals throughout the whole selling and buying process. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
