Chanel Dietzman

Chanel was absolutely amazing! She answered the million questions I had and consistently calmed my nerves with this very stressful process. She continued to keep us hopeful with the very competitive market, there was a few times we wanted to stop it all and thankfully we didn't because we got the house of our dreams. I would 1000% recommend her.

This was my first time buying a house and my prep work missed a few important aspects. Chanel helped me navigate these things with ease, compassion, and the positive attitude that kept me going. I appreciate the work she put into helping me find my home, even when I wanted to call it quits (market sucks). I felt comfortable with her, so I was able to open up and be more myself/find humor in the odd, which shifted me anxiety about the process as a whole. She seemed to get me which also helped when nerves set in and I wanted to run. Now, I am happily putting together my first house, and I am grateful that Chanel helped me get here.

Chanel did an incredible job helping my wife and I get into our first ever home, she guided us through every step of the way with confidence and professionalism. Chanel was always available to answer questions and was never afraid to fight for us getting the best deal possible for my wife and I. She also went above and beyond to get any issues that came up resolved quickly, I truly cant think of anyone better to have gotten us through the home buying process.
