Charley Wasson

I called the best realtor in Fair Oaks Ranch! Charley is very communicative, kind, and informative. He got my house sold in less than 2 months, highly recommend!

Charley is the best realtor in Boerne, Texas. I have worked with Charley on multiple houses and will continue to call him for any new realtor needs.

Charley went above and beyond helping us evaluate the pros and cons of different homes referencing the points my husband and I indicated were our home preferences. He dug in to the data regarding surrounding properties to give us an idea of what the property might look like down the road. In addition, he developed detailed videos about the final properties to help my husband, who wasn't on location, develop a better understanding of the properties. Finally and most importantly, he was a very good negotiator bringing his market expertise to help us. Even after entering a binding contract on a home, he completed a walk through and was available to meet contractors while we were still out of state.
