We had a very difficult situation since my sister had dementia and refused to cooperate with her family plans. Charlie and his wife literally saved my sanity by assisting me at every turn to empty and list the house after Kate died on Feb 23rd.. IF left to just me and my sister Molly - both of us residing in Michigan, we found so much support and help that we were able to close on June 13th (and did closing without coming back to Las Cruces after April 1st) Beyond helpful, we will never forget your compassion and empathy.
