Charmayne was an excellent realtor. Being a very young first time buyer, I was not very knowledgeable on what comes with buying a home. I wasn't really sure how to start, where to look, or even what to do. When she contacted me she quickly began to look into my interests and my dislikes. She worked with me even when I was working out of the state and constantly kept in touch. While I was gone she made sure to have the homes listed in her portal and went through step by step on how to navigate it. She would stay but later than she should to make sure that eveything was in order. She was very patient with me, since more than once I was at the deadline with missing documents. Overall there is so much more I could say, but it won't be enough. Charmayne is a great realtor and I will definitely be recommending her and using her for my next home purchase.

Charmayne came to our home and said that she was going to find us our next home and thats exactly what she did. She worked with my wife and I and was there for us every step of the way. I couldn't of asked for a better person to work with. My kids love and adore her and we were very lucky to have her on our side.
