Cherie, wanted to catch up with you after our successful sale. Thank you so much for listing and selling our unit so quickly . We could not have asked for anything more. We appreciate your good work and attention to detail.

Cherie is very experienced and led us through all the steps from staging through closing of the sale of our late mothers house. She even offered overseeing appointments, finishing paperwork and other details when our schedules didn't allow for it. She's tied into a network of other businesses and tradespeople which covered our needs during and after the sale. Thanks Cherie!

We were referred to Cherie through a RI agency that reached out to her looking for someone who would be a good fit for our first time homebuying experience. She is a knowledgeable, well respected realtor who was able to provide a lot of extra information for us that we wouldn't have known otherwise. She was kind, patient, and optimistic through a tough time being a buyers agent.

I have known Cherie Murra for over 4 years. She helped me to rent a 1 BR unit in Yankee Village, Acton. As an out-of-state investor, when I decided to sell all my investment condos ( total of 4 units), I contacted a number of agents and decided to hire her for selling. All units were occupied and needed to be renovated before the sale. She helped me with finding the contractor, working closely with them to oversee the progress and resolve any issues that came up. She also helped me to connect with the closing attorney, obtain 6d and smoke certificates, and address all issues that came up during the renovation and negotiations. I am extremely happy that I selected her and was able to sell all properties in a timely manner. I will strongly recommend anyone to hire her for all real estate needs.

Cherie is sharp, knowledgeable, and informative. She was able to assess our needs and bring the best available opportunities to us.

Cherrie Murra has been a realtor for most of her adult life and brings with her a lot of experience and expertise. I highly recommend her....it's hard to find someone who personally cares about your situation and goes all out to make the transaction as smooth and pleasant as possible in spite of the many challenges of my situation.

Her experience in the Acton Boxborough area as well as her broad and consistent professional expertise combined with the support of the entire office influenced our choice to chose her as our realtor. We have used her on many real estate transactions in the area.
