Cherry has been outstanding over the past 2 years that we have been working together. With the competitive sellers housing market, we looked at several houses and made multiple offers. She always had our back even during some difficult negotiations. Cherry never gave up on us regardless of how long it took. Cherry's patience with us and her dedication to her clients is top notch. She always had a willingness to go above and beyond for us from the first time we met. Cherry looks out for her clients best interest and protects their risk by asking questions to seller's agents that we never had thought to ask. She has such an upbeat and positive attitude and is always such a pleasure to talk with even during very difficult decisions or challenges. We are so grateful and appreciative of her, and will recommend Cherry to anyone looking to buy or sell in Eastern NC. We would not hesitate to work with her again. We truly consider Cherry our friend.
Cherry Houston did a great job helping us find our new home in North Carolina. We highly recommend using her for the purchase of a new home. She is knowledgeable about the area and pays close detail to all homes, inspections, concerns, and the needs of her clients.
We were referred to Cherry from a realtor in Fayetteville. Cherry listened to my fiancé and I, and found the house that was perfect for us. She guided us to areas that we were interested in. She was one of the friendliest, most personable realtors I have worked with and genuinely interested in finding us a home. Cherry is the Best. I have friends moving to New Bern next year who will have her as their realtor. We discussed ideas with Cherry and she was important in our learning the area and price ranges.
Cherry is one in a million. We will not hesitate to use her for any future needs. She made us totally comfortable throughout our search and closing.
This was the 3rd time we worked with Cherry, she was very professional and knowable about the areas we were interested in. Cherry always went the extra mile for us so we can find the perfect home for our family!
The best home buying experience we've had. Cherry Houston is professional and communicative while keeping a good sense of humor and friendly demeanor that makes you feel at ease. Cherry took care of all the details and worked as a true advocate on our behalf, alleviating a lot of the stress that comes with selling a home and moving to a new city. She would be the first person we'd call if we ever find ourselves back in the New Bern area looking for a home.
Our recent home search and purchase was a success due in large part to our real estate agent with Century 21 Zaytoun-Raines, Cherry Houston. Well experience and informed on all things related to the local market, Cherry was our best advocate we could have wished for during a cross-country search for just the right home. Honest, energetic, focused and above all both a good listener and tactful negotiator. Cherry brought us confident days in knowing she was on top of things and always added a bit of humor and good will to make our search enjoyable from the start. We highly recommend Cherry, whether you are local or from out of state. Cherry Houston: Our go-to real estate agent in coastal Carolina and one we highly recommend you sign on to your home search team today!
Cherry was AWESOME! She understood the difficulties with the situation, getting us in touch with a local attorney as well, to be able to sell a property that was part of an estate, went above and beyond as an intermediary with the local county clerk, as we are nearly 800 miles away, and was fanastic with tracking down potential buyers. She also had fantastic follow up when the original prospective buyer was unable to provide proof of funds, to find an even better deal for us. I only wish she was licensed in CT so I could use her skills for another estate property in CT. Thanks Cherry!
Our experience working with Cherry Houston was excellent in all areas. From the time that we met Cherry last year and through the closing on our home she was always available to us. She provided prompt responses to all of our questions. Cherry is very personable and easy to work with. She gave us confidence in the decisions we made and steered us away from potential choices that would not have been in our best interest. We will definitely recommend Cherry Houston to our friends and family for any future real estate needs!
I had worked with Cherry before and found her to be the hardest working agent I had ever delt with. Always available and if she doesn't know the answer to your questions, knows how and where to find them. Response time on all issues was amazingly quick. Always on top of her game and knows the New Bern market as well as anyone. Cherry and her network of contractors, inspectors, and closing agents makes the buying and selling process as easy as it could possibly be. As previously stated, I have been involved in numerous sales/purchases of homes due to corporate transfers. Of all the numerous agents I have worked with, Cherry is the best of the best. I would recommend her to everyone without reservation.
