Recently mom passed, and it was a difficult process for me. Cherry Houston was recommended by a relative, and it could not have been a better choice to go with. The key thing for me is trust, and I never had to worry about that from the being. We hit it off like we've know each other for a lifetime. Cherry Houston is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and never missed a beat in getting things done timely and expertly. The sale, and transaction went smoothly, and particularly that was important living clear across the country on the west coast. You could not ask for a better realtor than Cherry Houston, and I definitely will be using her expertise again. Thank you Cherry so so much.

We contacted Cherry Houston after our neighbor told us that she was selling/had sold our neighbor's home, both her current one and another one a number of years ago. We appreciated the good things our neighbor told us and decided to work with Cherry to help sell our home.

Cherry was helpful and accessible! She is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. If she didn't know something, she was quick to research and find out.

I have no experience selling a home and Cherry was very helpful in guiding me through the whole process. She made me feel that she really cared about me and wanted to get me the best price as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend her without any hesitation.

Cherry helped us through a complicated sale with patience, understanding, and encouragement the whole way through. She was available 24/7 to answer all our questions. I worry about her because it seems she never sleeps! She is now helping us through a complicated purchase and has never once made us feel worried about her ability to handle it all. Would recommend her to anyone!

Cherry Houston is very knowledgable about the New Bern area, She answered my questions regarding the properties I was interested in very quickly. I recommend Cherry to anyone searching for a home in eastern NC.

If one is looking for a professional who can be straight and honest with and get the job done, then consider cherry Houston as your realtor.

We are first time home buyers, so I really don't have any to compare to, but I honestly can't image them getting any better than Cherry Houston. She was patient, kind, and understanding, when I myself wanted to rip my own hair out and burst into tears. (and I did!) I'm sure behind closed doors she probably DID rip her hair out, but she always had kind words of encouragement, and ensured us that everything would work out and be fine. And she was right. I can't thank her enough. And words will NEVER describe how truly wonderful she is. Thank you again, Cherry Houston. You are truly the best. If we, or anyone we know, are EVER in the market for another home, you will be the first person we call, of course.

We really enjoyed working with Cherry and learning more about New Bern from her. She was quick with answers to all our questions and concerns... Cherry's attitude and joy was more than a client relationship; it was about welcoming and gaining a new neighbor to New Bern. Will I recommend Cherry Houston to family and friends - absolutely!

Cherry is knowledgeable, experienced, positive, resourceful. She proposed a plan of action and then carried it out. She kept in contact and made me comfortable with what to expect. Good job. Well done.
