Cheryl is very knowledgeable about the area and the various types of properties available on the market. She was incredibly patient with us as we looked at many options over several years until we found the right home. She is a wealth of knowledge and helped us every step of the way. She is very easy to work with and is always joyful and honest. She never minded going out of her way to help us since we live in another state. Once we had our bid accepted, her job didn't end. She took care of every need we had through the appraisal process, inspections and remedies. Cheryl was great to work with! As an agent in a different state, it was important to me to find someone who really knew the local area and would provide an excellent experience. Cheryl was on top of eveything we needed to do, arranged work that we needed done prior to selling and then after the inspection, made sure everything was done well, and handled all the details while we were out of state. She was also patient and understanding with our questions, and is such a nice person to know!

Cheryl exhibited excellent communication from the moment we were introduced by a mutual friend. Very responsive to email and text messaging. We had a target date range that we could fly in and look at properties. We reduced our list to 15 properties and Cheryl set up appointments to look at all 15 in one day. Simply amazing scheduling. This gave us more time to talk about the properties we saw plus enjoy some vacation time. We looked at several properties twice and ultimately made an offer. Cheryl helped us negotiate an incredible purchase price after we left Florida. Since we didn't reside in Florida, Cheryl helped us get contractors into the unit to provide estimates on repairs. True follow through before the sale and many weeks after the closing. One of the best at her job.
