Cheryl went out of her way to help take care of things that would clearly be considered "not her problem" on this transaction, but me being out of town she took care of them anyway. This was very helpful.

Cheryl was excellent Stayed with the process all the way to the end Got price that she suggested will definitely use her in the future

A very professional and helpful broker; went the extra mile every step and answered every inquiry promptly

This is the third property that Cheryl has assisted us with in Sandestin. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else for future real estate needs. Cheryl routinely texted or called after the sales to check on us and even checks on our investments after storms.

We used Cheryl Manganiello as our agent to purchase the property over 2 years ago. Due to market conditions and our new priorities we asked Cheryl to help us sell it. We were very pleased with the price. While the transaction had some glitches as usually happens, Cheryl worked hard to over come them. Her experience was invaluable to us during the entire process. If we decide to purchase another property in the same area we will not hesitate to ask Cheryl to help us again.

Cheryl was very knowledgeable about Sandestin properties. We throughly enjoyed working with her to purchase our new home. She was very trustworthy and understanding to our needs. We highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.
