Cheryl Manganiello was wonderful to work with. She understood what we were looking for and recognized how WE like to do business. That made the whole process extremely comfortable. Fun personality and very sincere. Thanks Cheryl

This is the second property Cheryl has helped us find and purchase. We had a great experience both times - very friendly and personable service even after the sale.

If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent in Sandestin, Miramar Beach, you want Cheryl. She is knowledgeable, pays attention to detail and extremely helpful with ever aspect of purchasing or selling your home.

Cheryl was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable of the local area and very patient, was willing and able to take us to several listings to ensure we were purchasing the right property for us. She was accessible and responsive. I would recommend and plan to keep in touch for future properties. Thanks again Cheryl!

Cheryl was so patient with all our questions since we had never purchased a condo for rental before. We lived out of state and she helped us identify some other services needed -- all in all, a very pleasant experience. When Cheryl said "that's what I'm here for" when we asked yet another question and apologized, it really made me feel appreciated as a buyer! We may make another purchase in Sandestin one day and would definitely ask Cheryl to represent us!

We will use Cheryl for all our real-estate needs in the future.
