Wow! We are just so grateful. We are a retired military family that just moved to the area from Colorado. It can be so stressful buying a home especially when you don't know the areas well. We were able to get our home while the market was smoking hot and homes were selling fast. Between Cheryl's quick action and our prayers we made it happen. We love our quiet home and all the nearby beautiful walking trails. Thank you so much for your service. With Gratitude, Roseville Air Force Fam :)

Cheryl was great agent for me. She went out of her way to find me the right home. We looked at a lot of places. Cheryl always was able to work with my schedule to showcase the homes. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Highly recommend! As a veteran family relocating from Virginia to Minnesota, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She was incredibly supportive from afar and patiently learned exactly what we wanted in a home. We especially appreciated her balanced approach—she genuinely listened without ever being pushy, but was quick to take action on our behalf when needed. Thorough, detail-oriented, and lightning-fast at scheduling appointments, she was the perfect advocate for our out-of-state move.
