One of the reasons I chose Chicky, was the fact that she utilized multiple methods of social media to market the houses she was the listing agent for. She also puts many great house and financial tips out there for everyone! I still can't believe all the prepping, planning time to get my home ready to put on the market after the holidays, that it sold the same day it was listed on the first showing! Chicky was great from our first fall call. She listened and provided everything I needed timely. When I told her that the house I'm selling was the first one I've purchased, it meant it was the first one I was selling and needed all the help I could get. She walked me through all steps multiple times and reassured me everything would go well and it did.

Chicky knows how to drive a home to close quickly and an interested seller is wise to jump in with the energy and push just as hard. Her always positive attitude and knowledge of the market and buyer/seller “spider sense” gives her a great advantage over the standard approaches when objections occur - for example, Chicky doesn’t drop down to a lower price, instead she works harder upfront to earn the value of a tight priced home. To top it off, she’s a lovely person and extremely caring!
