I would recommend Chicky to all my family and friends shes amazing!!

Chicky took time to fully understand my needs and what I was looking for. She provided honest feedback with updates that needed to be done throughout the process for me to market my property well. My house was listed previously and Chicky knew what I needed to do to market it quickly and make it attractive. Chicky was there to help answer any questions I had and was always available if I needed to ask something. Chicky is a great agent and helped me through all my processes.

I met with Chicky and knew she was the broker for us. Chicky is a strong, smart, knowledgeable broker. She had a great marketing plan, a great thoughtful process in coming up with the right price for my property and knocked it out of the park and SOLD my property within 48 hours. I would recommend Chicky to anyone buying or selling! She’s absolutely amazing. Thank you Chicky for a great selling experience and making sure our sale went smoothly all the way around !!

Chicky was fantastic. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She kept me in the loop at all times and was a complete professional when the few hiccups arose prior to closing. I would highly recommend Chicky to anyone in the market for an outstanding realtor.

Chicky was wonderful from start to finish. Before we ever decided to put our home on the market she took the time to discuss our options and really get to know our home and us! Chicky took her time to work with us on every aspect of selling our home and we could not be more happy with her service. She had answers before we even had questions which made my wife and I able to move forward with 100% confidence in the entire process.

Chicky Johnson did a great job for us! What made a huge difference was her desire to know exactly what we were looking for, preparedness for each house we visited, and that she was always available to reach when we had questions. At times she even knew more about what we wanted than we did. Since we were first time buyers, there were a lot of questions and Chicky answered every single one and made us feel good about the process. She coached us through the buying process and the throughout the closing period and was there with us when we signed the papers to take ownership. The process was plenty stressful, but with Chicky we never worried. I would recommend her to anyone.

Chicky Johnson was recommended to me because I had difficulty selling this home in the past. Chicky came in and gave great advice on staging and the important issues to tackle; but most importantly, she brought a positive energy to marketing the home and a belief that it would sell. She had great knowledge of the area and the current market as well as a strategy to sell the home. The home sold in one day over asking price. The rest of the process to close went quick and smooth. Chicky is communicative and also recommended a good real estate lawyer. I could not be happier with the result and would recommend Chicky to anyone selling or buying a home. She will advocate, support, have a plan and ultimately work hard to achieve your goal.

My husband and I finally made the decision to downsize - knew we had a lot of work ahead of us to prepare to sell (we've been married 35 years - in our home for 20 - lots piled up). Chicky was recommended by a very good friend of ours, and when we met her the first time we knew she was A PERFECT MATCH! We met twice before we decided to move forward together. Chicky walked every inch of our home and provided feedback - rooms to remodel, spaces to clean/purge, thoughts on staging when the time came, etc. She said it would likely take us a good amount of time to get ready to sell - and she was so right - took us nearly a year with our busy lives. Chicky did not rush us at all - she was very mindful of our schedules but stayed close to us and we to her. She was always available and we appreciated her personal approach as well. Even with Covid she kept us apprised (and calm!). We would highly highly recommend Chicky to anyone selling their home - absolutely enjoyed our experience and time together! THANK YOU CHICKY :)! Chicky's experience and deep passion as a realtor achieves her an EXCELLENT rating!
