Two weeks after my house was sold and I was in my new house, I woke up one morning to find no running water. My new home had come with a year warranty, but I wasn't sure what to do. I called Chicky Johnson and she calmly walked me through what to do, making phone calls herself. Chicky attacked the problem until my water was restored. Chicky's dedication to her clients is exceptional! I won't sell another house with anyone except Chicky Johnson!

Chicky was knowledgeable, experienced, professional and friendly. But actions speak louder than words. We had originally listed our house with another agent, who after 7 months, didn't have one serious offer. At the recommendation of a previous neighbor, whose house sold in 2 weeks, we switched to Chicky. Chicky had us a final offer for our house at full asking price in 3 weeks. Those results speak the most highly of Chicky.

Chicky was very kind and helpful in our home buying process! She answered any questions that we had concerns about. Being a first time home buyer is scary and she made it as smooth as possible! Id definitely recommend her to family and friends! We just love how sweet and funny she is! She made sure that we were covered for at least 13 months with a home warranty just in case anything went wrong. She definitely looks out for her clients! Keep up the good work!!

Chicky Johnson did an AMAZING job. She listened to our concerns, needs, and wants and just made the whole process so easy. Working with her has been such a pleasure and we wouldn't recommend anyone but her.

I have used Chicky Johnson multiple time to not only sell my home but also help me find a new home and I can say without a doubt that she gets better every-time! Chicky listened to our needs and put together a plan to sell our home and get me moved into another place under a very tight time-line. Chicky executed without missing a beat, I have and will continue to recommend Chicky to anyone looking for results when selling or buying a home!

Chicky Johnson delivers! She does what she says she is going to do! She listens, considers and brings the best options to the table. Once the property is located, she is an amazing customer advocate! She represented me and my desires in the best way possible and got me an amazing house at a great price. Chicky is the one! Can't say enough.....She rocks and I have a great place to call "home" as a result of all she did! She made it happen! As I said, she delivers!!

- Chicky was instrumental in locating our primary residence 15 yrs ago. She is personable, dependable and realistic. She approaches marketing aggressively and knows her area. She has an established network of valuable resources. Chicky is the real deal, and we will use her services again in the future. I have referred her to two potential sellers since our deal closed.
