Chicky was absolutely amazing to work with progressionally and personally. She would send me listings that matched my searched with options that were outside my originally through process, as well as ones that fit my original plan. This way I would be able to see what I could afford in different areas as well as what I could gain and/or lose by looking in different areas. As a first time home buyer it can be extremely scary to go through this process. Chicky made it a breeze and so easy. I knew from the moment I spoke to her that she would have my back and fight for my needs. I also knew she would speak her truth. She wasn't working with me for the compensation she would earn. She was completely transparent with me and wanted to make sure she helped me find "the one" and not just the first place I considered. She took the time to fight for what was right when a situation came up during the final walk through. I could not recommend Chicky more if I wanted to, she is an amazing person and works extrmelely hard. When or if I move in the future she will be the first person I call.

Very impressed with marketing strategy. Chicky was willing to list our house a higher price than what the market was supporting at the time. She gave advice based on her years of experience, not just personal opinion. Overall, we achieved our goal and Chicky was able to get more money than expected. Her strategy was above expectations and the house sold quick. It was very stressful and the buyer was difficult to work with. Once the offer was accepted, we didn't feel we had strong advocates on our side. However, it is not lost on me how stressful this process is and there are lots of emotions involved that can cloud perspectives. Chicky was very professional and great to work with considering the amount of stress involved. She did keep us informed throughout the whole process. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Chicky was great. She held my hand through out the whole process, she was easy to talk to and gave straight forward answers when asked. I've worked with previous brokers and I will say they were discouraging and I took a step back from home buying, but with Chicky she's great she has such a positive attitude and so encouraging and attentive.
