Chicky is just a breath if fresh air in an industry that is very difficult to navigate right now as a buyer.

We have thinking about selling our house for a few years and the time just seems right this year, so the first person I called was my neighbor and friend Chicky Johnson. She walked us through the entire process of selling our house and buying our new house. She answered all our questions and was available anytime we needed her. While selling and buying a house is very stressful, she made it so much less stressful that it could have been. I would recommend Chicky to anyone that is selling or buying a house, she was amazing.

If your goal is to sell your home, you can't go wrong with Chicky. Not only does she provide very personal and professional service, she does it with a smile. She works hard for her clients, who she treats just like family. Can't say enough good things about her, and would highly recommend her to any family or friends.

Chicky is hands down the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure of working with. For many years my wife and I have wanted to find a house in Prairie Crossing, Chicky has been our realtor throughout this process. Before settling on our current home, together with Chicky we made offers on two previous ones. Though she negotiated great deals for us, due to cold feet we passed on these two homes despite having already made an offer. 99% of realtors would’ve stopped speaking to you after something like that, but Chicky accepted our decisions with graciousness and patience. Eventually she found us our dream home. Throughout the process Chicky was always on top of everything, she contacted and sped up our banker and lawyer, patiently explained to us all the details of the transaction and even now, after the deal is over, she helps us to find contractors and settle in the new community. We will always recommend Chicky - she is the best realtor you can have.

I have known Chicky for over 20 years. Her love for her job is unmatched by anyone. Her knowledge and professionalism is top tier. If you are looking for someone to sell your home, buy a home or even need a rental or renters, Chicky is the best. Chicky is my go to for any property needs. She has the experience, knowledge, professionalism and personality to get the job done. She is honest and truthful, no sugar coating. She has the experience and knowledge to guide you from start to finish with no surprises. From interior design to marketing, Chicky is the best. I have used Chicky many times in the past from property sales to finding renters. She delivers every time and works endlessly to make sure the job is completed with perfection and accuracy. I will never settle for less then the best and Chicky sets the bar very high. I challenge you to find someone who works harder and delivers better then Chicky.

Selling our family home was not only an emotional exercise, but getting top dollar was key in helping usher us into retirement. Chicky made us feel like we were her only client, and went above and beyond in her efforts to help us sell for top dollar. From staging our home, to negotiating a deal that satisfied all parties, Chicky helped make for the most painless home sale I'd ever experienced. This is our 5th home sale, and never have I ever worked with someone that puts as much passion into her profession as Chicky Johnson. Thanks so much Chicky. We will be forever grateful!!
