Chicky Johnson went above and beyond for my Fiancé and I. I messaged her in early July that we would need a home by August, and she got back to me same day ready to start! She connected us with our lender and our lawyer and made the transition so seamless. When working with Chicky, we felt we could truly trust her and she had our best interests as a priority. She was there every step of the way. Her patience, professionalism, and dedication made it so easy to work with her. She even took the time to speak with my parents and guide them through what the market looked like in 2022 versus 2007 (when they last bought a home) for their daughters first home today. I will recommend Chicky's service to everyone and anyone looking to buy their first home or their hundredth home. I cannot praise her enough for everything she did for us. Chicky is a genuine individual that anyone would be blessed to have her as a part of their home buying team.

So many of our friends in lake county have said nothing but high praises for her abilities to sell a house. Her attention to details is outstanding, which makes the selling process so much easier. She is such a pleasant and easy person to work with. Made selling our home and moving so stress free.

Number one deciding factor to go with Chicky was her all inclusive marketing, staging and commission pricing. We needed our home sold within a week because of a relocation. She understood this and had our house on the market within the week and sold in one day! Chicky is definitely the chick to go with! Chicky will get you top dollar for your home like she did for us.

Chicky Johnson is amazing! She is responsive, knowledgeable and very personable, I felt I could trust her immediately. Chicky kept me informed every step of the way on the sale of my home and made it very easy. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you Chicky!

Where do I begin? To say that Chicky's market knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness are second to none is an accurate assessment. However, that is not what makes her so unique. Chicky's personal touch, unwavering dedication to the well-being of her clients, and willingness to go above and beyond are why we will never look any further for our real estate needs. Not only did Chicky sell a home for our family BEFORE being listed on the MLS, but she also assisted in securing an estate sale provider and offered immeasurable guidance on other real estate matters after the loss of an immediate family member.

Chicky sold our house in March in approximately three days with multiple offers over list and immediately began helping us find our new home. As we were closing on our first house in April, she found us the perfect home and the perfect price. It truly checked all the boxes. Her advice was spot on, she stopped at nothing to ensure we would get the contract and went above and beyond the call. We seriously do not know how she pulled this off, but she did and we are forever grateful. She is the most amazing person and we are blessed to have her in our lives. She may have started out as our realtor, but we are honored to count her as one of our dearest friends. Thank you Chicky for this incredible journey!

Working with Chicky was great! She was on top of all communication and is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process! She was available at any point in time and always gave us all the information that we needed and kept everything transparent! She worked with us for awhile to help us find the house that is truly the best fit for our family. You can tell that Chicky truly wants to give her clients the best and she never once tried to sell a house for something it isnt. She was next to us every step of the way and made our first homebuilt experience the best it could possibly be!

I love working with Chicky. She is a true pro in every aspect of real estate. If you're buying, she will help you get the most for your money. If you're selling, she knows how to get you the best offer fast!! I have used Chicky to buy, to rent out my property and to sell. I will never use anyone else. The Sale of my property couldn't have gone off any better than it did. It only took 2 days on the market and I had multiple offers with a couple being way over my asking price. Chicky was able to lock in the best offer and we closed a couple weeks later.

We wanted someone who we trusted that knew the market, is reputable in the field, and puts their customers first. Chicky checked all the boxes and there was never a doubt that she would be our realtor. We started working with Chicky back in May of 2021. We were getting our house ready for sale and her knowledge and advice was spot on. She patiently guided us through the process as we worked to get the house ready for sale. She constantly checked in with us, providing wisdom and encouragement. When we were ready to list, she did several walk-throughs and strategically staged our beautiful home. She was right with us through every step of the process We are grateful for her honesty and trust her implicitly. Thanks to her guidance we sold our home in 4 days with multiple offers above list. There is no one else I will work with on the sale and purchase of a home in this area. She works nonstop and her clients are always her number one concern. She is a kind, patient, seasoned professional and we are blessed to have her in our corner. If Chicky isn't your realtor, you are clearly doing something wrong! We look forward to working with Chicky on the second leg of this process to find our dream home!
