Chicky has been our realtor for the past 5 years. She worked tirelessly and patiently with us to find us the perfect house. She never gave up trying to find us our dream home even though we are very picky buyers. She got us a beautiful house in this competitive market without having to go through multiple offers. We highly recommend Chicky for her in depth house knowledge, quick response, and very friendly nature. We could always expect to get an honest answer from Chicky. Chicky made home buying a very seamless experience for us. She guided us every single step of the way.

We were so happy to have been referred to Chicky Johnson by our friend in helping us sell our home. We live out of state full time and as such, were limited in what we could do to help other than offer information. I’m still amazed that Chicky sold our home in basically less than a week- we had multiple offers, several over asking, and the constant flow of traffic due to showings over a short period of time proved Chicky was spot on in pricing our home. The overall process was relatively simple and smooth- and we are thrilled with the end result! Would definitely use Chicky again and refer her to our friends!

Chicky is an absolute delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable and gave her all. I am and will continue to use her in all my future needs. I recommend Chicky to all my friends and family.

Being a first time homebuyer, you come into this process with some knowledge but obviously could never know everything there is about buying a home. She was incredibly honest with us even when most people wouldn't be (which is what we needed/wanted), she was insanely knowledgeable, and cared about our situation. We, by any means, were not an easy couple to find a home for as we had a strict budget, we moved from out of state, and only had about 3 months to find a place. I dont think any other agent or broker could have helped as much as she did or would have taken the time to work with us. Chicky was so incredibly fast and on the ball with every step of the purchasing process. So much so that at times, she was waiting on us rather than the opposite which was a nice change of pace considering the agents we worked with in the past required so much follow up. Her negotiation talents are unmatched and she went to battle for us more times than I could count. For example, the home we bought was under contract when we put an offer in and she was able to help us build an offer within our budget, and negotiate with the sellers to pick us instead. Chicky is incredible. Buying a home for us has been like a 5 year process and she did it for us in a cumulative of like 2 months within rough market conditions. I've already passed her info onto a bunch of local friends that are looking to buy their first homes. Chicky will always be our first call.

Working with Chicky Johnson was a great experience. We had two realtors prior to Chicky that didn't not show nearly the attention to detail Chicky does nor communicate in a timely manner. Chicky either called, texted, or emailed us daily. She answered all our questions within minutes of asking them. She also worked nights, weekends, and even holidays to get us into the home of our dreams. Chicky knows the Lake/McHenry County area intimately, having grown up here and lived here her whole life. She knows the backgrounds of nearly every neighborhood, community, and builders of homes in this area. My wife and I recommend Chicky to anyone that wants to find the home of their dreams. She will not rest until the final document is signed and the keys are handed to you. And even afterward, Chicky will follow up and make sure you are happy and satisfied.

Chicky Johnson is a Rock Star! She is so attentive to our specific needs not only for buying a home but also for selling our current home. She pays attention to details and what our criteria are in regards to our needs. She helped us plan, declutter, stage etc! Chicky goes above and beyond and expectations and that is what sets her apart! A+ service straight across! She knows what she is doing and was in constant communication with us Chicky really loves what she does and it shows! We were so pleased with her handling of our sale and our buy. She is a wonderful person to work with and very knowledgeable. It is a serious and very big deal to make a purchase or sell our home and she made the process effortless!

Chicky Johnson knows the area extremely well and it shows in her ability to sell homes. She was able to sell our home SO QUICKLY and at an amazing price! She made the entire process of selling our home stress-free and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Chicky!

Talk about someone always having your back, Chicky has helped me for years rent and now sell my property. Because of her knowledge of the market and local influence, I was never on the market for more than a few days. She is my go-to realtor for all of my needs and I won't go to anyone else. Results matter. Chicky gets it done fast. She is the best!

I highly recommend Chicky, she goes above and beyond to find you the home you’re looking for.
