Chris Chiaramonte

Chris is an EXCELLENT real estate agent. From day one when I was referred to him by my great niece( Dominique Hogan) the way she described Chris was some one I knew had my best interest at ❤️. In regards of buying a home. Every listing that I came across he was always there to give me a tour of each and every home I wanted to view. He's such a considerate, kind and very helpful in any way he can. At the closing he surprised my husband and I with an housewarming care package we thought was very thoughtful and kind of him. Again Chris is an EXCELLENT and AWESOME real estate agent anyone could ask for. I really appreciate with him going above and beyond to make our home buying being a success! Thank you so kindly Chris!

We had a short time frame for look for our first home and Chris was very accommodating to our schedule. He made the process very simple and communicated every step of the way with us. He was always able to answer any questions we had. We were able to find our first home within a couple weeks of looking and Chris negotiated in our favor very well! We highly recommend having him as your realtor!

Chris was great to work with. I worked with him as he was th sellers agent and I was the buyer without an agent. We was very willing to help and understanding of the unique situation.
