After a long while of getting weekly listing updates from Chris of available Condos for sale, we finally found THE ONE! After checking with our Mortgage Broker Zhino Othman to confirm that we could qualify for it, we went for a look, checking out a few other properties just to compare. Chris was amazing, walking us as first time home buyers through the process, seemingly available at all times of the day and night, I'm not even sure if he sleeps! Our closing date is coming up late October 2026, so we'll be spending the Christmas Season in our new Condo, we're so looking forward to making the move to Mississauga! Thanks to Chris for all his hard work and answering all our questions, if you're looking for a Real Estate Agent that loves his work, hit up Chris, you won't be disappointed!

We are so incredibly happy to have found Chris Craddock. Moving to Canada from another country without knowing the area was daunting, but Chris Craddock was essential in making everything go smoothly. He was always open, listened to our needs, and helped us choose the perfect location by highlighting the benefits of each area. Chris Craddock was always readily available to answer our questions and took a highly proactive role in negotiations and problem-solving. I couldn't recommend Cris more, especially for anyone relocating to Canada from abroad!

I engaged Chris Craddock to sell my mother’s condominium after she passed away. Chris was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. He advised on the preparation of the condo for showing and answered all my questions promptly. The condo photos and listing were excellent and Chris walked me through all the paperwork with patience. The condo sold quickly in a difficult market. I would highly recommend Chris and his team.

Chris Craddock was superb! He helped us to find the best option possible with everything we need. He is kind and very helpful. And he helped us with everything to have a smooth transition to our new life. I couldn't be more happy with our new home and life in Hamilton, thanks to Chris.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris both when purchasing my first home and later when selling it, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Chris demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the real estate market, professionalism, and integrity. As a first-time homebuyer, I had countless questions and concerns, and Chris was always patient and honest in his guidance. He took the time to explain every step of the process, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable. When it came time to sell my home, Chris once again exceeded my expectations. His market expertise, strategic advice, and efficient approach helped make the entire process smooth and successful. What I appreciate most is that he is fair, transparent, and genuinely focused on achieving the best outcome for his clients. Chris clearly knows his profession inside and out. Don't waste your time with other people, Call Chris and you can sleep well no stress

Chris is an awesome realtor, he is very kind, patient, and helped me learn about the tough rental market in 2025. In a brutal/tough rental market, Chris was able to help me land a great tenant.

Chris was AMAZING. So thoughtful and kind, but also willing to go to bat for us. Great expertise, great knowledge, great execution. Thanks so much, Chris, for helping us find our first home!

I could not recommend Chris & Alexis more. It's been the most seamless transaction and I felt safe in their knowledge and expertise. From listing to signing they were there for me every step of the journey. They explained every part of the process to me, as well as to my previous tenant that was moving out because of this she never felt like the showings were intruding on her life because she felt included. I know they cared about finding me a good fit for tenants and I know they also cared about whether it was a good fit for the tenants as well. I also purchased my home with them and they went above and beyond. It's rare to find people who care so much. If you have the opportunity to work with them I would snatch it up because you'll never come across anyone who cares more about what's best for the customer. I've worked with other real estate agents in the past but I always felt like it was a transactional relationship. With Chris & Alexis it feels like friends who have your back.

Chris Craddock made my transition to a my new home smooth and his calm supportive nature was reassuring! Got the house that fits my needs as downsizing and then sold my home in one day !! During sale and post sale always responded efficiently and available for questions and advice! Highly recommended!
