Buying a home is terrifying. Chris did a wonderful job of making it less terrifying. He was the most reachable person I have ever dealt with. He answered any day no matter what time I called. He was extremely patient, as a first time home buyer I had loads of questions and concerns. He took the time, always to explain the process. I'm sure I annoyed him but he never once made me feel like I was, nor was he anything but friendly when we talked. The biggest mistake you could make is not having Chris in your corner. I would use him again in a heart beat.

Having worked with several realtors when shopping in the Seattle area, I was blown away with Chris's work ethic, his professionalism, and his local knowledge. In the midst of an exceptionally hot market, he negotiated strongly on our behalf to ensure we came in at a fair price and without taking on too much risk. He knew his way through the contracts forwards and backwards and was all over the inspection process. After the inspection, he was able to able to shop a variety of quotes to make sure we countered at a reasonable but fair place.
