Chris Everett

Chris and Sara did an exceptional job helping me sell my condo and purchase my new home. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and they guided me through every step of both transactions. What impressed me most was their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond whenever an issue came up. They made the entire process seamless and always made me feel like a priority. I am extremely grateful for all of their hard work and would recommend Chris and Sara without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home. They truly are a fantastic real estate team!

Chris and Sarah were fantastic to work with during the process of buying our first home in St. Petersburg. As first-time buyers, everything was new to us, but they made the entire experience feel much less overwhelming. They were always available to answer our questions and took the time to explain each step clearly. We really appreciated their guidance, patience, and commitment throughout the process. We’re very grateful for their help and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We will certainly work with them again when the time comes for our next home purchase.
