I leased a property with Chris after having listed my condo with another agent He was easy to work with, professional in every way, and communicated well. I became disenchanted with the agent handling the sale of my condo when she overpriced it without checking comps, wasn't ever available to communicate with me, and didn't show the property for maximum impact. I terminated that relationship and because I had such a positive experience with Chris, I didn't really consider listing the property with anyone else. I received an offer after the first open house. The sale closed with no problems a couple of months after all the inspections, disclosures and HOA approvals were done. If I ever need another broker, I'd use Chris again.

Chris Framan is an outstanding agent. He is extremely knowledgeable of the properties of Laguna Woods Village. We had a co-op which has its own set of unique issues when buying or selling. Chris knew how to price the property. Chris gave us his knowlegeable opinion on how to sell this unit. It needing fixing up after renters of 12 years. We relied on Chris Framan's recommendation of whether we should fix up the unit and then sell it, or not fix it up and ask a lower price. He recommended that we sell it without fixing it up, especially since we no longer live in that area. There was a glitch with no permit on on some new windows, which he total handled completely, getting that taken care of in all aspects.
