Chris Framan was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was always available to answer questions and did a great job.

Chris was appropriatly agressive and optimistic with the sale of our property. He was very good with communicating during the whole process and worked cooperatively with the buyer agent to come to an agreement we were happy with. I can recommend Chris and would use him again.

Chris was a straight-shooter. He gave us great advice and insights, dealt fairly with us, and never left us feeling sold to or "arm twisted." He was flexible and accessible, and we felt he truly represented our interests.

Sold the house within a week. Sold for more than it was listed for. Exceptional experience working with Chris. He provided great advice and was always available to answer my questions and concerns. Chris is the best Real Estate Agent I've ever worked with. He always went over and beyond what I was expecting.

Chris is very professional and knows the local real estate market well.

Chris was very patient with me during this frustrating time. We had a lot of ups and downs but he was always positive and attentive to my needs. He took care of everything that was ever needed and kept me up to date with what was going on - the good news and the bad. He got me through it and sold my place, I am very grateful for his kind help and seeing this to the end!!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with Chris Framan's performance as our listing agent for our home in Laguna Woods Village. Chris is incredibly knowledgable about the community, sales history and current market conditions in the community. We had already moved out of the area when our house went on the market. As our agent, Chris consistently went above and beyond what was required of him, providing excellent service to get the property sale ready, giving us recommendations and meeting with repair professionals, contractors, estate sale companies and the HOA for us, to expedite the process, always with great communication. Our family has bought and sold numerous properties in our time, usually with top agents we have been very satisfcied with, but no agent has ever performed the level of service that Chris Framan did to get our Laguna Woods home to closing. We can't recommend Chris more highly than we do. We recommend him without any reservation or hesitation. Thank you, Chris.
