In would always call him first on anything regarding real estate

Chris is most professional, and has an excellent sales record and in-depth knowledge of Laguna Woods.

Never considered anyone else. Chris Framan had previously sold two homes in our Court but more than that Chris has a (well justified) air of competency and decency about him that can be detected a mile away.

Chris Framan was my mother's realtor. She passed away unexpectedly in 2021. Chris stepped in and took care of everything during an incredibly difficult and dark time for our family. We are grateful for his patience and support through the process of selling my mother's unit in Laguna Woods. Chris knows the intricacies of working in and with Laguna Woods resulting in excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Chris Framan to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great job and good experience.
