Chris Hardy

Chris was wonderful to work with. He was so accomodating in scheduling showings that worked with my schedule. He paid attention each time we went to a house as to what I liked and disliked and was able to remind me of those things when I was having trouble deciding on what direction I wanted to go. He made sure to pay attention to what was imporant to me and helped me find exactly the right house. (ie a great primary closet!) Great experience, highly recommend Chris!

Chris is so intelligent and thoughtful. He is far more than a realtor, he really serves as a trusted advisor and business partner. He truly cares for everyone involved and negotiates "hot button" items with the skill of a master negotiator. We have referred so many people his way because we trust him completely.

Chris did a great job turning an offer around on short notice and was very helpful providing the necessary information leading up to closing and was very responsive overall.
