Chris was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful during my first condo purchase over 18 months ago that I knew I would use his services again as I hoped to purchase an income property. I was not disappointed. Chris goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend him to everyone else in the real estate market.

No issue about when & where to look at a place. Always first to check important things like furnace, water heater, etc and valued his knowledge about these kind of items. No effort was spared to help us find what we wanted. Understood our issues in finding the right place. All around, a great guy, very understanding and easy to work with.

We had struggled to sell our home for a number of years the market just wasn’t there and there was far too much inventory in Calgary and in Airdrie but Chris knew we were interested in selling and when he saw that the market needed more inventory he called us we were shocked that houses were selling so we agreed to put the house back on the market and right away we had lots of interest tons of showings and the house sold quickly if it wasn’t for Chris watching what was going on in the market we probably would not have been able to sell it as fast as we did.
