Chris took the time to understand our specific situation and recommended an approach that fit. The time he spent with us was the deciding factor in choosing a realtor. We looked at other options but his understanding of the market conditions, how to get us what we wanted out of the deal, attention to details and the relationship he built with us were the deciding factor when picking someone to handle the most important transaction we have ever done. Chris and his team were amazing. The video and pictures put into the listing made us fall in love with our home all over again even though we had to sell it. It shouldn't have been shocking that even in the current market we received an offer within the first 36 hours of having the house listed. His recommendations for responses to the offers were very good and the final result was excellent. Chris has been extremely patient and professional at all times. Communication has been excellent and prompt. He is super knowledgeable and was great throughout the process. We really enjoyed working with Chris. He brought so much knowledge, experience and patience to the process that it was as stress-free as it could be. We can't say enough good things about him and would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Chris was very patient in our long search for a home and then for myself as a single guy, Chris went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. I was very pleased with the service and outcome of my buying experience. I would recommend Chris to family and friends in their search and would most certainly use his services again

Chris Mulders is the best real estate person I have ever dealt with. He is personable, courteous, always on time , communicates, listens, patient and an excellent negotiator.

Working with Chris Mulders has been a great experience. From the minute we met, it was clear he was very in tune with our needs and constraints as buyers. Starting with our first house tours, when Chris shared that it would take him exactly 7 minutes to get to the first house, we knew he had in depth knowledge of Airdrie. The whole process has been seemless really. We fell in love with the first house we saw. I remember telling Chris that if he could get us that house, we wouldn't need to see any others. It really was out of our reach, but amazingly, he made it happen and we couldn't be happier!

Chris was very easy to work with. He listened to what are needs where and found us the property we needed quickly and effortlessly. It was a joy working with him and we will absolutely use him again in the future when looking for our next property or home. Thank you very much for all your help. Best Regards; Joy, Guy and Family

I was in the market for a condo, had a very short time-frame, and had no experience purchasing property on my own before. I asked for realtor recommendations on FB and while many people responded with their choices, the only realtor to reach out to me was Chris Mulders. I admired his initiative and once we met I quickly appreciated his manner, knowledge, and assistance. With Chris’ excellent service I was able to purchase my condo very quickly and with minimal stress. I would recommend anyone looking for a realtor to contact Chris Mulders.

Chris Mulders was very professional, helpful, and had our best interests in mind! I would recommend using Chris as your next real estate agent!

Chris Mulders was incredible to deal with. I appreciated his speedy communication and positive energy, would highly recommend to anyone. Selling a house can be stressful and he was always there to answer our questions and provide guidance. Thank you for working hard Chris, we appreciate your dedication.

Chris was an excellent agent to work with. He was always punctual and had a very good understanding of our wants and needs. We were moving out of province which poses a challenge in itself and he was very polite and understanding of our situation. He had worked around the clock with us to provide the best experience possible. He also was very knowledgeable in his field and always responded quickly when we had questions. If myself or others would be in need of real estate services I would recommend him in a heart beat.
